May 8, 1963 – October 28, 2009
Rockford resident Toni Lynn Hall was born in the United Kingdom and grew up in the small west Michigan town of Belding, where she played basketball on her high school team. She later worked as a life coach with the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching. Hall was survived by two daughters and her life partner Wendy Brower.
